With more than 50 years of experience, Polyester Fiberglass has no secret for our Research and Development department.
We master its advantages, and know its limits. For every new project request, a feasibility study can be completed within 24 hours.
Once a positive response has been given, our engineer builds a molding program for every new pole with specific characteristics using specialized software, and taking into account constraints dictated by each request (weight at the top, pole height…).
We then finalize the project proposal with pole characteristics, deadlines, pricing, and with your agreement, we produce a prototype which will be tested before shipment.
By following this process, in less than 4 years DESCHAMPS SA has evolved from a one-dimension producer (flagpoles) to a manufacturer of poles for application in 10 different fields where its poles have met all expectations and are now a reference.
